Telehealth Naturopathic Appointments (Dr Ivy)

• 3 Appointment Telehealth Package $899
  This package maybe used for in-person and telehealth appointments.  Appointments in the package are non transferable.  The package is activated with use of the first appointment of the package.  Use of this package expires one year after activation.
• 6 Appointment Telehealth Package $1,499
  This package maybe used for in-person and telehealth appointments.  Appointments in the package are non transferable.  The package is activated with use of the first appointment of the package.  Use of this package expires one year after activation.
• 9 Appointment Telehealth Package $2,099
  This package maybe used for in-person and telehealth appointments.  Appointments in the package are non transferable.  The package is activated with use of the first appointment of the package.  Use of this package expires one year after activation.
• New Patient Telehealth $475
  This initial appointment includes a 20 minute follow up phone consultation the following week.  If you choose to select our 3, 6, or 9 month program the visit cost will be applied to the purchase of that program otherwise follow-up appointments are $325.
• Established Telehealth Appointment
   Follow-up appointments for established patients only.
